Philadelphia, PA (March 4, 2024) – Sophomore fashion student Abby Brubaker created an exhibit, which on display now, to celebrate Jefferson’s bicentennial by showcasing women’s fashion typical of the 1800s.
Philadelphia, PA (March 4, 2024) – Sophomore fashion student Abby Brubaker created an exhibit, which on display now, to celebrate Jefferson’s bicentennial by showcasing women’s fashion typical of the 1800s.
The exhibit highlights clothing, shoes and accessories worn by women in that era, utilizing materials from the Textile and Costume Collection. The Gutman Library will host a reception on Thursday, March 21, at 12:30 p.m. for Jefferson community members to explore the exhibit and chat with others interested in fashion and history.
